The building and all the necessary equipment were fully financed by Fundación Retoño with contributions made by donors from abroad. Its operating costs are also covered by the Foundation. These costs include the students’ and staff’s daily meals, consisting of breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.

Liceo follows the official curricula set forth by the Secondary Education Council, although it has increased the official weekly hours for some key subjects. It also offers several workshops after school hours.
